in advance so that the appointment may be given to someone else.
After Hours
If you have an emergency after office hours, call the regular clinic number.
Your call will be taken by an answering service which will then contact the
doctor on call. If your condition is life or limb threatening, go directly

Appointments & Work-In
Visits
It is preferable for you to have an appointment,
however if you need to be seen for an acute illness and cannot wait
until later in the day to be seen,
work-ins are taken from 8 am to 7 pm Monday through Friday.
Appointments
are not needed on Saturday. When you are seen as a work
in you may be asked to
see one of the other providers instead of your usual physician or nurse
practitioner. Our goal is not to have any patient waiting for
a prolonged period of time,
however, appointments do take preference over work ins.
Routine Care
For routine care such as physicals, follow ups for chronic problems, immunizations,
or health advice we may try to schedule these appointments for a future date,
instead of same day, IF we are having a huge request for acute illness visits,
otherwise these will also be seen on same day as you call in.
