We provide you with clear, transparent information on how the program works and what to do when you have immediate concerns or questions. In general, though, our coordinators are available via phone throughout the week – Mondays through Fridays between 8:00 AM and 4:30 p.m. Also, we “meet” patients where they are at with the most convenient services for them. For this reason, you can also reach your nurse via email or telehealth. Our program aims to be as accessible as possible, knowing that no care management service can be effective without such responsiveness. We must be within reach when you need us, and we must also be able to reach you should there be more immediate concerns associated with changes in your symptoms and overall health status.

Dr. Randall Huling and Dr. Edward Eldred lead Olive Branch Family Medical Center with a shared commitment to compassionate, patient-focused care for families across DeSoto County.
Dr. Huling, a board-certified family physician and Fellow of the American Academy of Family Physicians, founded OBFMC in 2003 after serving as Clinic Director, Chief of Primary Care, and Residency Director at Womack Army Hospital during his U.S. Army service. He continues to teach as a Clinical Instructor at the University of Mississippi Medical Center and the University of Tennessee
Dr. Eldred, also board-certified in Family Medicine, joined OBFMC in 2010 after completing his residency at the University of Mississippi Medical Center. A lifelong DeSoto County resident, he earned his medical degree from Kansas City University of Medicine and Biosciences and his MBA from Rockhurst University.
Together, Dr. Huling and Dr. Eldred are dedicated to delivering trusted, evidence-based care that promotes lifelong health and well-being.
